Assignment description

Development of the new website of De Belegger and its French counterpart L'Investisseur.  The website renewal consisted of 3 major parts:

• Implementation of the new graphical design (created by Mediafin in close cooperation with Little Miss Robot)
• Technical upgrade of the websites to the renewed webplatform of Mediafin
• Addition of share advice lists on the website (new functionality)

A simple testcase

BZine is a simple iPad application that gives you the ability to read your favourite blogs and feeds in a simple magazine/newspaper layout. The idea was to have a tool to read your Blogs at Breakfast or Bedtime like your holding a magazine.

BZine was conceived as an inhouse technical testcase in iPad development by Foreach developers, but we decided to wrap it up into a package and upload it to the appstore in january 2011. The app can be downloaded and used completely free of charge.

Our client's problem...

Catenary BVBA is a consulting company specialised in the Design, Supervising, Commissioning, Auditing & Testing of the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) for high speed train infrastructure. As many governments/countries today are in the phase of public tendering (Malesie, Brasil, San Fransisco, Florida, China, Middle East countries), it is important for the participating engineering companies to have an as detailed as possible view and understanding of the catenary systems and materials that will be used. The better understanding of the material used, the more accurate the financial proposal will be. Preliminary designs for tenders are done on an AutoCad or in a MicroStation environment.

Our client's problem...

Thysosud (Casablanca, Marocco) is a production workshop for premium quality ready-to-wear fashion, that works together with European brands and fashion designers for women, men and children. The company is specialized in producing limited to mid-sized series with a very high quality. This quality is guaranteed by their state-of-the-art equipped factory, by their team of highly skilled workers and by the on-site presence of their manager, Kristien Thys, during production. Thysosud aims at developing a long-term relationship with their clients, where fair prices and exceptional quality are key. To enhance this connection with their customers, and to smoothen the working process, Thysosud needed a tool that could optimize the different steps of the process and provide feedback to the designers.
