Experienced Data Analyst

For its Business Intelligence activities, Foreach is currently seeking a Data Analyst with affinity with software development. You will be part of a small Foreach team working with a multinational Fortune 500 customer located in Machelen. You will be focused on a series of projects related to logistic operations, inventory management, demand forecasting, contract management, sales & expenses and process optimization. As a core task, you will need to analyze large amounts of data and finally create small data driven tools with a user friendly interface to maintain & interact in the current business needs.

MUST HAVE

  • Higher education in IT, Engineering or Exact Sciences
  • Analytical mindset, professional attitude and resistance to stress
  • Basic knowledge of software development
  • Basic knowledge of logistic IT operations and/or Business Intelligence
  • 2 Years experience with Microsoft Office Automation (Excel & Access) or .NET
  • Good command of English

 NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior experience as a software deverloper
  • Prior experience in Business Intelligence or logistic IT operations
  • The love for detail combined with the ability to grasp the bigger picture
  • A personality that fits with an international organization and its policy driven culture
  • A can do mentality and solution oriented attitude
  • ERP systems experience from a user perspective (SAP)
  • MS Sharepoint knowledge (from a user perspective and/or the Object Model)
